The Future of Elbow Park School?  


There has been much controversy regrading the future of Elbow Park School.  The school, built in 1926 and an example of Tudor Revival architecture, was severely damaged by the 2013 June floods.  
 

What will be the final future of the school?

I agree that a better assessment of affordability is the ratio of mortgage payments to incomes.  

There is talk that a minor rate increase is on the horizon in the next day or so.
